What an incredible experience! Chef Anthony prepared an in-house dinner for our group of six while we were staying in the Périgord region of France, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
Our meal was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end potato and truffle velouté, smoked leeks with Périgord walnuts, beautiful Périgord poultry with porcini mushrooms, and an amazing fig-and-vanilla dessert. Everything was beautifully presented and gave us such a wonderful taste of the region.
What impressed us even more was the care Anthony took with the different food allergies and dietary restrictions within our group. We had gluten and dairy allergies, as well as restrictions involving MSG, beef, and shrimp. He took every one of them seriously and carefully prepared the meal so everyone could relax and enjoy the evening. Nothing felt like a “substitution” or an afterthought every course was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
Having Anthony come into our home and prepare such a beautiful meal made our first evening in Périgord incredibly special. Wonderful food, beautiful presentation, and exceptional attention to his guests. We would absolutely recommend Chef Anthony to anyone visiting the area and would gladly have him cook for us again!
Anthony also went above and beyond by sharing some of his favorite places to visit and things to experience while we were there. His local recommendations made our time in France even more special, and we truly appreciated him taking the time to share them with us.

J'ai eu la chance de faire appel aux services de L'Atelier des Saveurs pour un événement professionnel avec des clients basés à l'étranger. Le chef a fait un travail exceptionnel en concoctant un menu qui mettait parfaitement en valeur les saveurs authentiques de la cuisine française, tout en restant accessible et apprécié par nos convives internationaux.
